Nora Dupuis

Nora Dupuis is an Associate Attorney at Daic Law, bringing nearly a decade of courtroom and litigation experience to the firm. Before joining Daic Law, she spent eight years with the Midland County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled cases from initial review and evaluation through negotiation, hearings, and trial.

Her experience negotiating settlements, advocating in court, and navigating complex legal proceedings provides a strong foundation for representing consumers facing debt-related legal challenges. At Daic Law, Nora uses her litigation experience and commitment to client advocacy to help clients understand their options and pursue effective solutions to debt-related lawsuits.

Background

During her time as a prosecutor, Nora managed extensive caseloads, evaluated the merits of individual cases, negotiated resolutions, drafted and argued motions, conducted hearings, and tried cases before judges and juries. She also served as the felony prosecutor assigned to the 142nd Judicial District Court, where she supervised and trained other attorneys, coordinated court proceedings, and worked directly with the court to improve case efficiency and resolve pending matters.

Nora earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2012.
